A little bit of this... and a little bit of that

As promised in my post yesterday... I will give you the low down on our day today.

Peyton and I started our day out with some church where I heard my pastor PREACH IT and Peyton played in her children's program. After church we went out to lunch with some friends at Mongo's Grill. Have you ever eaten there before? I hadn't before today... and I would love to go back SOON! So yummy!

Good thing I have some leftovers :) You go and select all your veggies, meats, carbs, and sauces then have it all tossed together on the grill... delish! I would love to have one in my house... one can dream, right?

After Mongos, we had our first quarter birthday celebration at Ryan's aunt and uncle's house... which equals more yummy food and dessert! MMMmmm :) Also, at the party, we got to see my brother-in-law Christopher who just flew in this morning from Alaska! I'll have to do a whole blog post on him soon, for now I'll just let you know that we are SO SO happy to have him home! Here is a picture of us visiting him at the airport at one of his layovers during this past summer...

Christopher is the one holding my little lady lou

After the party Peyton passed out on the drive home and I felt like I could have done the same thing... unfortunately the mini van has no auto drive feature... so I stayed awake :) We got home, and relaxed! I Skyped with Ryan for a few minutes before I let him try to sleep off his sickness... poor guy! Peyton slept for a couple hours and I watched the series premiere of Secret Millionaire on my computer. It's a new show on ABC about a Millionaire who meets up with deserving non-profit organizations as a volunteer and then ends up surprising them with a substantial donation by the end of the show.

I'm a fan.
It made me cry, although I'm not surprised, I got teary eyed at a Fancy Feast (cat food) commercial.
I need to not be pregnant anymore.

On a not so totally unrelated note I am embarrassingly excited about the last episode of the Bachelor tomorrow night. I don't know that I'll watch it on TV... I'll probably wait and watch it on Hulu like I usually do.
